If a buyer's agent brings the buyers, our clients only pay between 2-3% commission (your choice) to the buyers' agent--this is about HALF the commission paid with other programs! By charging our customers less money, we allow them the flexibility of offering their hom 2-3% less than the competition (yet still make the same amount of money) so that they are able to interest a wider buyer base and potentially sell their home faster.
We do not waste time and money on tatics that do not sell houses. Furthermore, the vast majority of homes are sold directly through the MLS. That means that if you are selling your home by owner, you are missing a huge segment of the market if you do not get your home on the MLS. The 2nd largest place that home sales are generated is through the internet, including the very important Realtor.com®.
Our program leverages both of these including a premium listing on Realtor.com, listings on ChicagoTribune.com, Yahoo® Homes, and over 1,000 other Real Estate sites. In fact, your home will be found on the sites of all major real estate companies that allow searching of the MLS database. This means you will be getting the most important exposure offered by any of our larger full-services competitors.
